Compliance with the ISPM # 15 standard regulation is an essential condition for the use of load carriers in the international movement of goods. All pallets at M/s Jay Wood Industry are heat-treated or fumigated in accordance to stringent specifications of the IPPC. Our facility has three heat-treatment plants where 750 pallets can be treated per batch. Each and every pallet manufactured at M/s Jay Wood Industry is first heat-treated and then dispatched.
As the first and only company to manufacture licensed CP Pallets, as well as produce EPAL Euro Pallets in India, we are certified by the European Pallet Association e.V. (EPAL) Our pallets meet international EPAL standard requirements. The entire production process is automated and controlled, while being examined and inspected by trained staff. The wood used to produce these pallets is 100% imported. As the leading manufacturers of EPAL pallets in India, we hold a significant share in the Indian market. First company to be granted the right to self-control (level 2).
