We have an annual manufacturing capacity of more than 6 Lakhs pallets with all manufactured pallets strictly adhering to ISPM # 15 norms. To comply with statutory requirements, all our manufactured products are ISPM # 15 (FHAT) compliant.
We have two state-of-the-art Manufacturing Facility Plants located in Mumbai (Taloja) & Gujarat (Kosamba) spread over a sprawling 2-acre area. This ensures we have the running capacity to expand production and manufacturing the world’s best pallets with our world-class equipment. Additionally, our own fleet of logistics, enables us to move the world of pallet manufacturing forward with convenient and timely deliveries.
Alternating carriage system with nailing machine for pallet production that produce 2-way and 4-way decks and pallets, requiring equipment capable of optimizing their processes along with auto corner cutting, auto branding and auto stacking machine. The automatic pallet line is highly flexible, customizable, and capable of producing up to 170 pallets per hour, depending on their size and complexity of the pallet, making the production process more efficient.
Using solar panels to power the manufacturing of wooden pallets helps us significantly reduce our carbon footprint and become an environmentally friendly option. We have installed 97.5 kvH solar panels in our Taloja plant, generating enough renewable energy to power roughly 85% of our daily electric consumption and simultaneously ensuring a smart alternative to eliminating carbon emissions.

Under his leadership the company has achieved accolades for its superior quality products and services. By attaining prestigious certifications such as FSC®, PEFC, and EPAL, M/s Jay Wood Industry is the first licensee for producing EPAL CP Pallets in India.
Mr. Jay is a Commerce graduate from Mumbai University and a post-graduate in International Business Management from London, UK. Combining his strong academic background and international business knowledge, Mr. Jay has grown M/s Jay Wood Industry multi-fold and enabled an international presence for his business.

Mr. Neil Deepak Shah single-handedly administers the daily operations at M/s Jay Wood Industry, from overseeing the entire production cycle to quality control. Highly skilled in the implementation of Quality Management Systems (ISO), in-depth knowledge of equipment, and an innovative approach towards process automation have resulted in a marginal improvement in the firm’s productivity. His diligence and keen eye for detail have been invaluable in boosting the brand and the quality it represents. Presence of Mr. Neil brings cohesiveness and smooth functioning to the company with his clarity and sharpness in approaching everything with a result-oriented approach. He is the backbone of the company who ensures excellent work is executed and highly responsible for the quality work we have put out over the years.
